One of Boston’s leading healthcare organizations is looking to hire a second shift Customer Care Agent onto their growing and fast-paced team. As a Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive call center services including, but not limited to, attending to main phone lines, virtual office solutions to medical office, appointment reminders to customers and more.
This role is considered essential and will require onsite work 100% of the time. Candidates must be okay to work onsite in the Longwood area of Boston.

Handling of high volume incoming and outgoing calls per shift in an expedient, efficient and courteous manner using the prescribed phraseology
Processing calls for the Main Listed Number, Paging, Dispatch and Answering Service
Responding to requests from staff regarding department on - call schedules
Data base and directory updates
Multi-task and toggle between multiple screens seamlessly
Processing emergency calls in an accurate manner
Responding to all telephone inquiries for patient information confidentially
Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Experience in dispatching or triaging busy phone lines preferred
Superior interpersonal communication skills across all levels of individuals
Ability to maintain calm under stress and making efficient decisions
Familiarity with medical terminology a plus
Must be able to work flexible hours
Ability to maintain confidentiality when the situation requires so
Able to multi-task, learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
Hours: 2pm-11pm w/ weekends
Candidates must past a background check and typing test in order to be hired
