Our client is looking for an experienced operations coordinator to join their team. This role is a hybrid role of administrative and financial support. We are looking for someone who is organized, has strong attention to detail, is inquisitive and eager to learn. This role is a long-term temporary position with potential to go perm. Due to COVID-19 this role will be a hybrid position of remote and onsite work.
Track all invoices and payments in Quickbooks.
Transfer funds, pay commissions, and initiate wire transfers from various accounts.
Help with reconciling accounts
Process invoices, travel expenses and checks
Provide timely and effective customer service with regard to all external vendors, employees, and inter-company vendor issues
Open and process accounting mail
Set up new records for vendors, consultants/contractors and new employees in accounting system as needed
Generate ad-hoc reports on Quickbooks
Filing and administration of accounting records, reports, and other paperwork
3-5 years of operations experience required
Bachelors degree preferred
Advanced knowledge of Quickbooks
Strong MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Must have strong attention to detail, good organization skills
Pay: $20-$25hr depending on experience
