Our client, a reputable forklift distributor and service company in Winchester, VA is looking to hire an experienced dispatcher/customer care rep to work in a high-volume, fast-paced office. This role is starting ASAP. If you meet the below requirements, please apply with your resume.
Handle a high volume of incoming service calls via phone and email
Dispatch and schedule service calls to technicians
Create, send and receive work order forms to technicians and customers and track information appropriately
Input agreements and order necessary parts and scheduling with customers/technicians
Work in multiple computer screens scheduling and tracking work orders and invoices.
Process credit card transactions online
File warranty claims with vendors
2 + years working in as a dispatcher or call center environment required.
Outstanding communication skills, time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task is a must
Must be able to handle multiple phone lines
Ability to multi-task, work efficiently under pressure and stay calm.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Geographic understanding of Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and the District of Columbia is a must to dispatch assistance appropriately
Experience using mechanical billing systems a plus
Starting salary: $20-$26hr(depending on experience)
Hours: 40 hours/week 7 am-4pm, or 8am-5pm M-F
