One of our clients, a non-profit healthcare organization, is looking to hire an IT Coordinator on a contract basis. This role will be fully remote. The ideal candidate will have strong multi-tasking, planning and organization skills with a comfort in maintaining multiple priorities. Assists with all IT Support Functions: troubleshooting, problem solving, maintenance and user education
instruct employees in the proper use of company hardware, operating software and applications software
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication/customer service skills.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Experience with network protocols, TCP/IP, DNS and subnetting, telecommunication, VPNs and remote access solutions
Experience in a Microsoft environment
Hardware configuration and maintenance experience including routers, hubs, switches and server/laptop/desktop builds
Knowledge of Active Directory
Well versed in remote end-user issues
Azure experience is a plus
