Our client, a fast-growing technology company located in Cambridge, MA, is looking for a motivated and experienced HR professional to join their growing team! Responsibilities:
- Manage all new hires, terminations, extensions, other transactions and appointment changes
- Maintain electronic HR files for all staff and facility
- Manage job postings on the website and external sites and assist with department recruiting
- Conduct new hire orientation and update materials as needed
- Prepare documentation for new hires (i.e., offer letters, drug screen, background checks, offer packages, etc.), terminations (employee separation summary, exit interview, etc.), and other projects as needed
- Maintain the departments HR intranet site to keep information current
- Filing papers and documents into appropriate employee files- maintaining files in compliance with applicable legal requirements
- Special projects as directed by team including department annual awards and recognition
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years HR experience required.
- Associate/Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency and skills using Macintosh, Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of SAP, Cognos,
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a
- Analytical skills with strong follow-through
- Previous HR database system/coordination experience is preferred
- Experience screening candidates including reviewing resumes and conducting phone interviews
- Additional exposure to general Human Resources functions is a plus. This includes benefits, compensation, payroll, HRIS, and full-cycle recruitment activities
Pay: $20-30/hour
