Maintaining tidy office areas and ensuring all office processes run smoothly
Providing main backup for the reception desk; directing incoming calls from main phone line, greeting incoming guests, receiving mail and packages
Writing standard correspondence and drafting letters/ memos, exercising professional-grade grammar and punctuation
Maintaining current files and databases, including light filing duties
At least 2 years' experience in an administrative or office management role
Bachelors’ degree preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; excellent proofreading skills
Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact pleasantly and effectively with clients and executives
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Google Docs
Able to track and complete multiple projects with minimal supervision
Experience managing multiple calendars and travel arrangements are a plus!
