Building rapport with hiring managers and interacting with all players within the account to maintain our strategic relationship
Acting as the gatekeeper for all candidates presented to the Major Account
Identifying and creating new staffing opportunities within the Major Account through cold calling, emailing, and onsite visits
Monitoring and maintaining existing relationships to ensure all placements are made within the guidelines of the client agreement
A minimum of 2 years sales/customer service experience, preferably related field or selling a Service
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
Strong customer service focus/skills
Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Experience working in a TEAM environment
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships both internally and externally
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage an ever changing workload
Exposure to a CRM, ATS, or similar customer database is required
Exposure to HR, recruiting, marketing and/or communications is a plus
