Connecting with potential candidates through community involvement, professional networking, attending events, cultivating referrals, and utilizing online job boards
Sourcing and screening qualified candidates for direct hire opportunities
Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants in person, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
Managing the candidate process from initial interview through to the offer stage
Collaborating with recruiters and account managers to best match candidate desires to client needs
Partnering with account managers and conducting research to become an expert on new and existing Hollister client relationships
Developing meaningful candidate relationships to function as an advocate and resource throughout the job search process
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of recruiting, staffing or sales experience preferred
2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships and networks
