Providing desktop support for Microsoft operating systems including Windows 7 and 10
Logging requests and incidents in an ITIL based call management system
Prioritizing support calls within the management system, escalating when necessary
Managing the desktops and technical equipment
Must be Microsoft certified
At least three years of experience in a support role
