This Human Resources Coordinator will focus on supporting the firm’s recruitment efforts, as well as providing general support to the HR department. Assisting the HR department with all facets of HR - recruiting, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, etc.
Managing the applicant tracking system and responding to candidate inquiries
Coordinating the interview process from scheduling to feedback to follow up
Preparing and sending offer letters to new hires
Coordinating the new hire orientation for US and global offices
Assisting with HR compensation and other metrics
1-2 years’ work experience, preferably in Human Resources
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, organized
