Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Front desk reception duties
- Providing administrative support, such as filing and mail distribution/collection
- Scheduling meetings and reserving conference rooms
- Processing invoices and routing check requests to appropriate departments
- Coordinating travel and transportation arrangements
- Updating and maintaining databases
- Other various administrative projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of relevant experience is a plus
- Experience with calendar management, processing expense reports and Microsoft Outlook is preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- A positive and flexible attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as effectively in a team
- The position is open to applications from recent college graduates
