One of our clients, a software company in Boston, is hiring a collaborative and customer-focused Human Resources Coordinator. This Human Resources Coordinator will be supporting employees at various locations by facilitating and responding to questions regarding company policies, benefits, and payroll. The ideal candidate for this opportunity has previous experience working with HRIS and one year of Human Resources experience. Answering employee questions regarding benefits, payroll, worker’s comp, etc.
Processing new hire paperwork and conducting new hire orientations
Assisting the HR team with administrative tasks
Planning and aiding new HR programs and processes
Leading the various company’s projects and initiatives
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
At least one year of administrative experience, preferably in an HR department
Previous experience with HRIS is strongly preferred
Complete proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications
Able to successfully multi-task in a fast-paced environment
