Our client, a conscious-based investment firm in Cambridge, is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to one of their Principals. This Executive Assistant will act as the true right-hand to the Principal by managing heavy schedules, meeting with outside executives, assisting with meeting preparations, and composing correspondence on behalf of the executive. Scheduling appointments and meetings while ensuring conflicts are minimized
Meeting with various prominent figures as a representative for the Principal
Creating summaries and bios for meeting preparations
Assisting with general office management when needed
Entering business information into Salesforce for follow-up
Acting as the Principal’s gatekeeper by fielding emails and calls
Bachelor’s degree required
Previous experience supporting a c-level executive
Complete Microsoft Office proficiency, Prezi is a plus
Must be detail oriented and tech savvy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
