·Greeting office visitors in a warm and professional manner and directing them towards the right resources
·Managing meeting room calendars
·Maintaining proper stock of office supplies
·Scanning, filing, copying, and related document management activities
·Maintaining updated electronic databases
·Answering telephone calls and forwarding calls to the appropriate personnel
·Providing administrative support to other personnel as needed
·Handling bookkeeping and payroll related tasks
·Bookkeeping and payroll knowledge
·Some experience with admin/ office/ receptionist responsibilities
·Strong Microsoft Office capabilities
