Client Service Administrator for Private Wealth Management Firm
Our client, a financial management firm located in Boston, is seeking a professional Client Service Administrator to join one of the advisement teams. The ideal candidate for this Client Service Administrator position will be professional, possess effective communication skills, and will be interested in growing within the finance industry. Providing administrative coverage to a small team
Processing and preparing expense reports
Organizing and preparing for client meetings
Updating client information within the firm’s management system
Educating clients on account capabilities and services
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
Academic background and strong interest in finance is a plus
Must be determined, hard-working, and driven
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
