One of our clients, located in Cambridge, MA, is searching for a Recruiting Coordinator to join their high-performing team. The Recruiting Coordinator role will focus on implementing new strategies, as well as communicating with various agencies, candidates, and the management team. The Recruiting Coordinator position is perfect for someone who is organized, driven, and autonomous.
The job will start off as full time from Monday to Friday but once the Recruiting Coordinator is familiar with all the tasks and the company, they will be able to work from home on Fridays.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
·Providing resume and cover letter coaching
·Researching new recruiting methods and trends
·Following up with paperwork
·Developing and posting job descriptions on multiple portals and websites
·Conducting in-person and interviews
Skills & Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
·A minimum of 6 months experience in Recruitment, Talent Management, or Human Resources
·Proficient in Outlook, Access, Excel and Word
·High attention to detail
·Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and think outside the box
·Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
·Excellent communication, customer service, and follow-up skills
