We are seeking a capable and organized Events Administrative Assistant to join the team of a well known Asset Management companies in the Boston area! This is a temporary position, and it starts immediately. The ideal candidate is very organized, understands Microsoft office, and is a multi-tasker. Join a dynamic, fast paced environment!

·Presentation preparation including editing and distributing materials.
·Heavy calendar and scheduling management.
·Support logistics for events as needed..
·Communicate with internal teams and external vendors. As well as coordinate logistics for all events.
·Ensure administrative needs are met, for example administering mail, drafting letters of reference and correspondence, memos and reports, updating contacts, etc.
·Manage travel arrangements, expenses and reimbursements.
·General office management and administrative duties.
·High School or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
·0-2 years of experience in an office environment and/or events experience.
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills. As well as costumer service skills.
·Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
