One of our clients in the financial audit industry, located in Boston, is looking to bring on a full-time General and Administrative Recruiter on a contract basis. This General and Administrative Recruiter position welcomes sales leaders with extensive recruitment experience to support an organization. The ideal candidate person for this position is someone who has experience in IT or Financial recruitment, and is creative, driven, and organized.

·Develop a strategy to pipeline and contact the right candidates for the open roles
·Prospect to identify executive level candidates from NY, DC, Chicago and Boston
·Schedule and conduct candidate interviews
·Create, maintain, and use excel sheets and other data management systems
·Develop and expand long-term candidate relationships
·3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably IT/Technical/Financial Recruitment
·Experience using LinkedIn as a recruitment tool is a must
·Driven and self-motivated entrepreneur
·Excellent communication skills
·A proven track record in sales required, Staffing industry experience a plus
·A true passion for sales and a desire to be in front of clients
