Managing complex calendars for two senior executives
Booking travel arrangements
Assisting with compiling all receipts for expense reports
Preparing marketing and meeting materials for the executives
Greeting visitors as they arrive to the office
Ordering catering and office supplies when needed
Completing all other tasks and projects as assigned
At least three years of Administrative Assistant experience
Expert experience with the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook and PowerPoint
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
