One of our clients, a super enthusiastic and fun company located in the Boston area, is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join their team! This position is temporary, and it starts immediately. The ideal candidate for the Technical Recruiter position is driven, has great communication skills, has Technical experience, and can multi-task.

Ability to be in a business and competitive environment.
Act as a liaison between hiring managers and human resources, and develop job descriptions that reflect the depth of career opportunities in the company.
Guide hiring managers through talent acquisition processes, with pro-active communication.
Establish position requirements, maintaining open communication with Human Resources and Hiring Managers.
Update hiring managers about status of the search.
Make sure candidates have necessary information about the company and the role. As well as screen candidates through phone screens and interviews.
Educate Hiring Managers on tools, methods and resources for a better search.
Build applicant pipelines attending job fairs, making college visits, delivering presentations, and using external recruiting devices.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. (Business preferred)
Experience in a corporate recruiting agency is a plus.
2-3 years of experience recruiting in technical space.
Experience creating and executing recruitment strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience sourcing for candidates in social media, career boards and other online resources.
