•Administer Event survey data.
•Coordinate correspondence flow in regarding to upcoming events.
•Assist with preparation of general events as well as focused events involving trustees.
•Create and manage emails for certificates of competition, presentations, etc.
•Prepare and assist on events, such as printing materials, name tags, packages, etc.
•Coordinate general office needs.
•High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
•1-2 years of experience in an office environment/event coordination.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
•Excellent Microsoft Office abilities, especially Excel & Word.
