•Support Gift Officers with calendar management, receipt processing for reimbursement, and making travel arrangements.
•Prepare and process institute forms such as vouchers, E-Travel requisitions, and requests for payment.
•Coordinate, compose and edit correspondence to alumni, donors, faculty, etc.
•Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars.
•Engage in special projects as needed.
•High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
•2+ years of experience in an office environment or related experience.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
•Excellent Microsoft Office abilities, especially Excel & Word.
•Experience with Apple computers.
•Experience with FileMaker Pro software is highly preferred.
