We are seeking a capable and organized Database Manager & Gifts Processor to join the staff of a well-known non-profit company in Brighton! This is a temporary position and it starts immediately. The ideal candidate will be very organized, have excellent computer skills, and be able to multitask. You will work closely with the Director of Development Operations. ·Managing and maintaining database. As well as run reports and ensure that adequate documentation exists for each element.
·Import and export data as needed, as well as conduct prospect research.
·Manage, process and finance gifts, including stock, checks, cards, etc.
·Draft letter templates and mail quarterly invoices.
·Provide Administrative support to VP with scheduling, calendar management, and draft of correspondence.
·Oversee and support special events and operations.
·General office management and administrative duties.
·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
·2+ years of experience in a development office.
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
·Experience with Microsoft Office, especially with excel.
