One of our clients, a well-known construction company in Burlington, is looking for a Program Administrator to join their team! This is a temporary position that could become permanent for the right candidate, and it starts immediately. The ideal candidate will be well-spoken, able to multi-task, have a high-level of professionalism, and excellent communication skills. •Complete procedures and documents necessary for new projects (e.g. reviewing contracts).
•Review and Approve changes in orders submitted by Divisional Project Management teams.
•Monitor customer payments and retention amounts.
•Coordinate vendor invoices in Timberline.
•Perform basic accounting and job coasting as needed.
•Engage in special projects as needed.
•High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
•2-3 years of experience in administration/project coordination.
•Experience with billing/invoicing.
•Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to multitask.
•Excellent Microsoft Office abilities, especially Excel & Word. Timberline is a plus.
•Familiarity with an ISO 9000/9001/9004 quality system is a plus.
Compensation: 20-21 per hour temporary/ 50k for permanent
