·Revise course material submissions, and review formatting
·Verify accuracy and completeness of forms
·Manage copyright permission and release issues
·Verify that sourcing for figures, tables, exhibits, and text are complete
·Communicate with departments to resolve submission, and material permission issues
·Create and maintain records of submitted forms
·Engage on special projects as needed
·Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
·2+ years of communications or publishing experience
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office, (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
·Excellent grammar, spelling, and editorial skills
·Ability to multitask and coordinate between different departments.
