One of our clients, a well-known higher education institution in the Boston area, is looking for a Program Coordinator to join their team! This is a 2-3 months temporary position, and it starts immediately. The ideal candidate will be well-spoken, able to multi-task, have a high-level of professionalism, and excellent communication skills. •Complete procedures and documents necessary for new projects (e.g. reviewing contracts)
•Be the primary point of contact between faculty, clients, and program director
•Develops budgets for new programs based on several documents and reports
•Manages vendor services for major clients
•Reviews application materials and implements admission process through CRM system
•Develops surveys and statistical reports
•Coordinate arrangement of facilities, as well as the organizers registrations
•Engage in specific projects as needed
•4-5 years of experience in administration or previous experience in project coordination
•Experience with program, event and project management
•Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to multitask
•Excellent Microsoft Office abilities, and experience with a CRM system
•Ability to travel locally, and be able to work some weekends and evenings
