Our client is, a well-known Investment company in the Boston area, is currently seeking an experienced Recruiter with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter. The ideal candidate must be results driven, with a thorough understanding of applicant tracking systems, strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent communication skills. This role is temporary, but could become permanent for the right person.

•Direct and manage full cycle recruiting efforts including talent sourcing, candidate evaluation and screening, interview process, offer negotiations, close process and new hire on boarding
•Identify diverse, top-level talent within the company's primary markets through sourcing methods which include direct sourcing, networking, job boards, referrals, online resources and professional associations
•Strategically partner with hiring managers to direct recruiting initiatives and coordinate interview process
•Conduct interview screening process following firm guidelines and legal requirements
•Conduct comprehensive pre-employment background checks and references of candidates
•Include offer letters and all related paperwork to be processed timely and accurately
•Manage relationships with search firms and other candidate sources as required
•Endorse retention, career development and training within the firm
•3+ Years of experience in the Investment Management industry
•Ability to execute a successful sourcing strategy and maintain a strong professional network as a recruiter
•Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
•Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
•High sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously
•Experience with applicant tracking system and CRM system
