One of our clients, a well-known Security company in Boston, MA, is looking for a HR Assistant to join their team. This position is a temporary position that could become permanent for the right candidate. The ideal candidate is goal oriented, great with people, and has experience with HR.

·Schedule meetings and interviews
·Coordinate and prepare for meetings
·Coordinate outgoing and distribution of mail
·Prepare documentation for new hires
·Update company's system to keep information current
·Maintain records and compile reports from the HR information system database
·Be a central contact for employment related questions
·Engage on special projects as directed by team
·Bachelor's degree required
·1+ years of HR or administrative experience
·Previous HR database system/coordination experience is preferred
