One of our clients, a well-known university centers in the Boston area, MA, is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join their team. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing their employee population, as well as improving their hiring process. This position is a 6-month contract, with potential of extension. The ideal candidate has ability to maintain confidential information and has experience with Job Science.

·Communicate effectively with managers regarding employees’ contracts and dates
·Update database with correct current information
·Ensure hiring policies are being correctly followed for regular and non-regular employees
·Work alongside HR, IT, Facilities & Administration to streamline process and identify improvements
·Manage relationships with external agencies involved in the recruitment process for non-regular staff, temporary positions, etc.
·Engage in special projects as needed
·Bachelor’s degree required
·2+ years of high-volume recruitment experience
·Experience with Microsoft Office and Job Science
·Excellent communication skills
·Experience in administration and human resources is desirable
·Great organizational skills and detail orientation
