Greeting guests at the front desk and providing excellent customer service via email and phone
Coordinating all incoming and outgoing mailing needs for the company by utilizing USPS, UPS, or courier services in addition to sending and receiving faxes
Ordering and restocking all office supplies including mailing supplies, business cards, paper, toner, etc.
Overseeing any maintenance needs for office machines and following up with appropriate vendors
Generating data in order to update documents, reports, and other important company collateral
1+ years of relevant work experience in an administrative assistant or office management role
Able to work independently while managing various projects for team members as necessary
Experience handling multiple phone lines with efficiency and composure
