“Introduction to Meditation - Know Your True Self” is a series of courses led by meditation expert Michael Firstow, which is aimed at teaching meditation newcomers essential breathing techniques while also enforcing good daily discipline. Over the course of four weeks, Michael will also get into some of the spiritual and philosophical components of meditation, as he introduces and explains ways to still the mind.
