Ally brings more than 15 years of staffing experience to Hollister’s Leadership table, joining Hollister in 2002 as a Business Development Manager. Since then she has continued to apply her vast knowledge and experience to take on a larger leadership role in the organization. Prior to her work with Hollister, Ally acted as a Staffing Consultant and Business Development Manager with Office Specialists/Randstad. Ally literally grew up in the staffing industry.
Though an innovator in business development, sales, and service delivery, what sets Ally apart is her commitment to Hollister’s own relationship-based mission. She leads the firm in building a culture of service excellence, developing leaders, and caring about people—within Hollister, and with her clients and candidates. Ally’s candidates consider her a mentor; her clients look to her as extensions of their organizations.
In her own life, Ally can be found at any Phish concert in North America, loves to cook and takes in episodes of Survivor and football as secret pleasures, living by her favorite quote: With the right attitude, life is very simple and very easy.
Ally received a B.A. in Political Science and French from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She currently resides in Milton, MA.
