Our company, Hollister Staffing, is currently enjoying exciting growth. We are seeking an experienced Systems Manager to join our team and help us continue to grow and develop our Applicant Tracking System.

Responsibilities:

The Systems Manager is primarily responsible for ensuring Hollister Staffing’s investment in their Salesforce-based ATS/CRM solution (Jobscience) and that the system is operational, efficient, and satisfying the needs of the organization. In this role, you will have the opportunity to continually configure Jobscience in ways that best leverage the technology and help its users. Additionally, you will analyze collected data in order to demonstrate ROI on numerous marketing campaigns, job boards, and other corporate activities.

The following represents the core responsibilities of this role:

  • Configuration
    • Configure Jobscience to best fit the needs of the organization.
      • Custom Object & Field creation.
      • Creation and maintenance of user accounts and user profiles.
      • Oversight of the Salesforce Community-based Timesheet Portal used by Hollister contractors and clients.
      • Leverage Process Builders to automate processes.
    • Collaborate with 3rd party resources (job board distribution providers, online document management tools, corporate job board, etc.) on improving or extending the reach of the ATS/CRM system.
  • Support
    • Serve as the point person for all internally-reported bugs/issues and work to triage and fix them whenever possible.
    • Act as the primary point of contact between Hollister Staffing and Jobscience for all issues that require escalation.
    • Track all open tickets and ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely manner.
    • Drive any implementation needs with current or potential new ATS.
    • Establish audit procedures to monitor and improve data integrity in Jobscience.
  • Reporting/Analytics
    • Create real-time Reports and Dashboards for all levels of the organization.
    • Ad hoc reporting and standardized weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
    • Help develop new reports to provide insight on revenue trends, client event effectiveness, job board ROI, sales activity, and more.
    • Continually work with staff to identify new KPI’s and data which can provide valuable insight into Hollister’s business.
  • Training & User Management
    • Provide position-specific new hire training on the ATS/CRM solution consistent with established training processes.
    • Identify knowledge gaps company-wide and provide training sessions to educate users on best practices, SOP’s, and new features.
    • Continually provide ad hoc training to users to minimize user error issues.
  • Marketing
    • Provide management with business analysis reports (customer usage, business trends, lost business, missed candidates, etc.)
    • Work with marketing to provide customized client reporting.
    • Create best practices around client and candidate record set-up and maintenance in Jobscience.
    • Web support/programming/development in WordPress.
    • List management, understand all possible list segmentations from database, Constant Contact, Pardot, etc.
  • Back Office Support
    • Assist with integration to the accounting system and BO operations.

Skills/Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (certification a plus)
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Passion for problem-solving, process improvement, and helping others
  • Knowledge of the staffing industry is a huge plus
